Effective Illumination for Industrial Applications

Optimized Lighting Effect

Durable and water-tight, the GS fixtures withstand exposure to demanding environments. Designed as a hazardous location LED linear strip light, the GS is a versatile fixture.

Protected Against the Elements

GS's housing consists of an extruded and type II anodized copper-free aluminum alloy. While the light-emitting surface is an impact-resistant polycarbonate lens. The pressure-equalized housing is suitable for indoor and outdoor environments. Without the potential of compromising sensitive electronics.

Dark Sky

The aluminum housing of the GS protrudes beyond the external lens to provide a full cut-off. Lighting target areas without the potential for undesirable glare and light pollution. Certain GS models with the surface mount bracket are dark sky (IDA) compliant.

Light Fixture Performance

500 – 5,000 lumen output hazardous location linear LED light fixture. Here is a complete list of the GS's Performance Specs.

AC Direct and Linear DC Architecture

External or internal power supplies are not required for the GS-AC models. AC direct architecture of the internal light engine allows for 120 VAC input. High-speed cameras use GS-DC models with linear drivers and flicker-free illumination.

Superior Results

With over a decade of installation history, the GS is a unique light for special applications. Areas of use include but are not limited to industrial panels and enclosures. Mining equipment as well as small service tunnels. Marine vessels and military vehicles. Drilling and exploration equipment and much more. With AC and DC input options, the GS integrates into grid-tied or remote solar-powered sites.

Simplified Installation & Operation

Installation Options

Field adjustable mounting brackets or carriage bolt surface mounts offer flexible deployment options. Standard brackets allow for easy field adjustable 360° rotation. The GS provides a long-term solution for linear strip lighting applications.

Implementation Areas

Areas of use include but are not limited to industrial panels and enclosures. Mining equipment as well as small service tunnels. Marine vessels and walkway bull rail lights. Military vehicles and aerospace test equipment. Drilling and exploration equipment and much more.

GS Series -  IP68 Encapsulated Variant (GS-EN) nemalux-gs-series-led-encapsulated-floodlight-ip68-600

LED lights can face submersion for an extended period in certain applications. This challenge is also present in some industrial, infrastructure and maritime locations.

Nemalux offers a version of the GS that is suitable for IP68 applications. An optically clear encapsulant creates a permanent seal. Maintaining protection against the ingress of water to a depth of up to 25'. The GS-EN model operates at full output in dry as well as submerged conditions.
